A terrific hybrid Monkshood selection. This forms an upright clump of deeply-cut green leaves, bearing tall, showy branching spikes of rich steel-blue flowers in mid-summer. The effect is somewhat similar to Delphinium. Excellent as a cut flower. All Monkshood prefers rich, moist soil and perform best in cool-summer areas, in warm regions this is best grown in partial shade. Stems may need to be staked.
